This versatile Garlic Yogurt Sauce is about to become a staple in your house! You'll never want to buy a store-bought sauce again once you realise how quick and easy this is to make.

I like to think of this sauce as a simpler version of my beloved Greek Tzatziki. The truth is I don't always have dill on hand to make up a batch, but this Garlic Yogurt Sauce is made with just 6 everyday ingredients I almost always have.

In just a few minutes you'll have a gourmet, restaurant quality sauce that can be used in so many ways. I love to use this as a sauce for grilled chicken, or as a dip with some fresh pita breads.

But don't feel you have limit yourself to those uses. I've included a list of usage suggestions below to get you thinking outside the box!

This garlic yogurt sauce is so delicious I could eat it by the spoonful! However you choose to use it I know you'll be impressed with how easy it is to prepare.

Here's what you'll need to make this delicious homemade sauce (full measurements listed in the printable recipe card below)...

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Garlic Clove
  • Greek Yoghurt
  • Lemon
  • Salt and Pepper

Add oil and minced garlic into a small bowl and stir to combine. Allow to sit for 10 minutes.

But back during the Covid era, Gigi Hadid shared the recipe on her social media, and ever since then, everyone’s been calling it Gigi Hadid Pasta.

Plus, it's super simple to make with minimum prep time, so even if you're not a pro in the kitchen, you've got this.

Here's what you'll need to make this recipe:

8 ounces or 225 grams of pasta (like penne)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 small shallot, chopped (or red onion)
¼ cup tomato paste
2 tablespoons vodka (optional)
½ cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon chilli flakes (or add red pepper flakes)
½ teaspoon salt
