These Grilled Sausage and Veggie Skewers make for a quick, easy and healthy dinner.  Thread the ingredients onto skewers, fire up the BBQ and dinner is served in 20 minutes!  These sausage kabobs are also great for entertaining.

Fire up the BBQ and make these Grilled Sausage and Veggie Skewers for an easy dinner this week.  It's a universally known fact that vegetables are 100% more delicious when served on a skewer, and these skewers are of no exception.

These sausage kabobs are kid-friendly and are great for entertaining.  I love to use beef sausages but they work with any sausage you like - even veggie sausages!

What you'll need

Here's what you'll need to make these sausage kabobs (full measurements are listed in the printable recipe card below)...

  • Sausages - I use beef sausages but feel free to use your favourite.
  • Zucchini
  • Red Capsicum / Bell Pepper
  • Green Capsicum / Bell Pepper
  • White Mushrooms
  • Red Onion
  • Oregano
  • Paprika
  • Garlic Powder
  • Olive Oil

How to make Grilled Sausage and Veggie Skewers - Step by Step

Preheat grill or grill pan on medium.

Place all ingredients including seasonings and oil together in a bowl and mix well.

Thread onto skewers, alternating sausages and vegetables.

Place skewers onto the grill, turning occasionally, until the vegetables and the sausage is cooked through, approximately 10-15 minutes.
