Pop all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until mixture is smooth.

Pour in molds and place in the freezer overnight, or at least 4 hours.
Notes
MAKE IT DAIRY FREE – use almond or coconut milk or yoghurt instead of greek yoghurt.
You can sub frozen for fresh fruit if you’d like.
If mixture isn’t blending together well you can add in a little of milk (any kind) and blend again.
Add in some chia seeds for an extra nutrition boost.
You could add in some chunks of strawberries or pineapple into the popsicles moulds for some more texture when you are scooping the mixture into the molds.
