These healthy Strawberry Banana Popsicles will keep you cool all summer long. These creamy and refreshing homemade popsicles are made with just a handful of ingredients and are ridiculously easy to prepare. You'll never need to buy popsicles again!

I rarely advise people to invest in more kitchen gadgets but I'll make an exception for popsicle moulds. Well you don't so much have to "invest" in popsicle moulds since they are about as inexpensive as they come (mine were $2 from K-mart) but they sure are a handy thing to have!
You'll be thanking me all summer long when you can easily whip up a batch of these homemade strawberry banana popsicles at a moments notice.
Adults love them. Kids love them. Even dogs love them (well, they love these dog popsicles which are just the pup-friendly version of these).
These strawberry banana popsicles are creamy and refreshing. I add a little honey to mine for sweetness, but you can leave it out if it's already sweet enough for you.
You don't need to spend ridiculous amounts on "healthy frozen treats" from the supermarket freezer section. Make them yourself for a fraction of the price and without needing to leave the house.
Why you'll love this recipe...
- Quick and easy.
- Budget friendly.
- Healthy frozen treat.
- Fun for the whole family.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED

These popsicles are made with just 4 simple everyday ingredients. Here's what you'll need (full measurements listed in the printable recipe card below)...
- Frozen Banana
- Frozen Strawberry
- Greek Yoghurt
- Honey
You can freeze the fruit yourself or buy it from the frozen section of your local supermarket.
HOW TO MAKE STRAWBERRY BANANA POPSICLES - STEP BY STEP
Blend all ingredients together in a blender.

Spoon mixture into popsicle moulds.

Freeze overnight, or for at least 4 hours. Enjoy whenever!

HOW DO YOU UNSTICK POPSICLES?
Removing popsicles from their molds can sometimes be challenging. I like to run the mold under some warm tap water, or even fill a container with warm water and dip the mold in that until the popsicle loosens. It should be under the water for no more than 20-30 seconds, and should then slide out easily.
WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE A POPSICLE MOLD?
Most popsicle molds are super affordable, but if you’re wanting to make these popsicles straight away and don’t have a mold – never fear!
Ice cube trays, muffin tins lined with foil cupcake wrappers, plastic cups or even small yoghurt containers can be easily fashioned into DIY popsicle molds.
STORING POPSICLES
Leave popsicles in their moulds or move them to a ziplock bag and freeze up to a month. But let’s be real here – there’s no way they’re lasting that long.

TIPS FOR MAKING THIS RECIPE
- MAKE IT DAIRY FREE - use almond or coconut milk or yoghurt instead of greek yoghurt.
- You can sub frozen for fresh fruit if you'd like.
- If mixture isn't blending together well you can add in a little of milk (any kind) and blend again.
- Add in some chia seeds for an extra nutrition boost.
- You could add in some chunks of strawberries or bananas into the popsicles moulds for some more texture when you are scooping the mixture into the molds.
- Try experimenting at home with your favourite fruits to make more popsicle flavours!
