These pizza pinwheels are an absolute hit as an appetiser or a snack. They're easy to prepare and simple to customise with your favourite ingredients. They also freeze beautifully.

OVEN METHOD
Preheat the oven to 180C / 350F.
Place puff pastry sheet on a clean, flat surface and spread tomato paste evenly across the sheet.
Spread the rest of the toppings over evenly, then roll the puff pastry sheet up tightly. Use a sharp knife to cut into 8 scrolls.
Place scrolls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper or silicone mat, then place in oven for 15 – 20 minutes or until puffed and golden.
AIR FRYER METHOD
Line your air fryer basket or trays with baking paper.
Place puff pastry sheet on a clean, flat surface and spread tomato paste evenly across the sheet.
Spread the rest of the toppings over evenly, then roll the puff pastry sheet up tightly. Use a sharp knife to cut into 10 even pieces.
Carefully place the pinwheels into the paper-lined air fryer basket or trays, keeping a bit of space between each one.
Sprinkle a little cheese on top of each pinwheel, then cook in the air fryer on 180C / 350F for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the puff pastry is golden.
