These Honey Roasted Almonds are so quick and easy to prepare and make a scrumptious snack. All you need is a handful of ingredients and they can be cooked in the oven or the air fryer.

OVEN INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 180C / 350F and line a baking tray with parchment / baking paper.
Place almonds into a mixing bowl, then pour over honey and mix well to combine.
Spread almonds out onto the baking tray in a single layer and sprinkle salt over the top.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, giving them a good stir after the first 5 minutes. Your almonds are ready when the colour is a few shades darker and they smell fragrant. Be careful to monitor them closely so they don't burn.
Remove from the oven and then transfer to a plate or baking sheet immediately. Sprinkle white sugar on top and allow to cool completely.
AIR FRYER INSTRUCTIONS
Place almonds into a mixing bowl, then pour over honey and mix well to combine.
Place parchment or baking paper in the bottom of the air fryer basket, then spread almonds out on the paper in a single layer and sprinkle salt over the top.
Cook on 180C / 350F for 7-10 minutes, giving the almonds a good shake every few minutes, until they are a few shades darker and smell fragrant. Be careful to monitor them closely so they don't burn.
Transfer to a plate or baking sheet immediately. Sprinkle white sugar on top and allow to cool completely.

These is a great reference for roasting almonds, but the glavor is very underwhelming. They're more savory than sweet, despite the sugar finish. The almonds were perfectly roasted though and a small batch, so I'll try again, using half the salt and maybe more honey/sugar.
