IN THE OVEN
Preheat the oven to 180C / 350F and line a baking tray with baking paper or a silicone mat.
Place 1 cup of Greek yoghurt in a mixing bowl and give it a stir. Then add in 1 cup of flour and mix to combine.
At this point you'll gradually add more flour into the bowl as you continue to mix until the dough holds together in a ball shape. Usually this will be between 1/2 – 3/4 of a cup more, but it is dependent on how wet your yoghurt was to start off with.
Turn your ball of dough onto a well floured surface and knead until well combined. If it’s still a little too sticky, continue to mix in flour until you reach the right consistency. The dough should be able to hold its shape and not stick to your surface.
Cut the dough into 4 even pieces. Roll each piece out into a long rope shape, then cut each rope into equal bite-sized pieces. I usually get 8 pieces per rope, 32 altogether.
Place the pretzel bites on the prepared baking tray, then bake for 20 minutes, or until golden.
Combine cinnamon and sugar in a bowl. Brush the pretzel bites with melted butter, then dip the bites into the cinnamon sugar and toss to coat evenly. Serve immediately.
IN THE AIR FRYER

Place the pretzel bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer. If you have a smaller air fryer basket you’ll need to do in batches so they aren’t overlapping and can cook evenly. Cook for 7-10 minutes on 180C / 350F, shaking the basket every few minutes, until golden brown.

It would be nice to be able to print this without three or four large ads using up my ink and paper. We love this recipe. I have used tzadziki instead of yogurt and sprinkled with Parmesan afterwards.

Thanks for letting me know Arlene - the print recipe isn't actually supposed to show any ads so I'll need to do some investigating to find out why that's happening. Tzatziki and parmesan sounds amazing - I must try that!

So I just made these on a whim and really like them! I used a vanilla flavored yogurt since it’s what I had but this is a great recipe! Could even go viral on tictok as like “if you have Greek yogurt at home, and these 4 other ingredients, you can make pretzel bites!” Pretty crafty! Highly recommend! Really thinking about what would be a good yogurt blend for savory besides just plain. Would love to know how you recommend storing them after they are cooked? Thanks so much!

This is a pretty good recipe. I followed it exactly and got the result that I wanted. But there are a ridiculous amount of ads. So many that is just seems absolutely like a fake webs or something. Like I get you need to make money but at a certain point it’s overkill and is a put off to any sensible reader. Like I literally have a kid you not eight different huge pop-up ads on the screen when I’m trying to scroll through the recipe. Like I get a few, but this is insane.
