This Salad recipe fulfilled all my requirements! Wanted something easy to make, with not too many ingredients, yummylicious, and, of course, something I could happily eat as much of as I wanted... guilt-free! THIS IS IT!! Colorful to look at too! 😁 Thank you for sharing!
