Instructions
1
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about five minutes.
2
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
3
Add the drumsticks to the bowl and toss until they're fully coated in the seasoning mixture.
4
Arrange the drumsticks in a single layer inside the preheated air fryer basket to avoid overcrowding.
5
Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes.
6
Then, flip each drumstick over and cook for another 10 minutes.
7
By the time the timer goes off, the drumsticks should be golden and crispy on the exterior. Serve it while it's hot and enjoy!
Notes
Don't skip preheating: A hot air fryer ensures the chicken starts crisping immediately rather than steaming.
Pat the chicken dry: If your chicken drumsticks are wet, they won't crisp up as well. Pat them with a paper towel before seasoning.
Space them out: Overcrowding the air fryer basket can lead to uneven cooking. If necessary, cook in batches.
