Air Fryer Broccoli {Two Ways}

We all need to eat more veggies, right? But there's no rule that says they can't be delicious. And yes - broccoli CAN be delicious!
If you've always found broccoli to be a bit underwhelming you need to try it roasted in the air fryer. Broccoli is air fried until fork tender with irresistibly crispy edges and just the right amount of crunch.
It actually turned out super delicious. I’m starting to think anything that goes into the air fryer automatically tastes amazing. I know, I’m being dramatic haha.
Anyway, this post is a two for one. As I include two ways to make broccoli in the air fryer.
I regularly make a garlic parmesan version that's garlicky, spicy and cheesy (all the good things) and it makes a super flavourful side you'll want to find more room on your plate for.
But if you're after something more simple, never fear. There's a basic version that is also included below that will give you roasted broccoli straight up!
WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS RECIPE...

TIPS FOR MAKING THIS AIR FRYER BROCCOLI RECIPE
- Don't overcrowd the basket. Only cook in a single layer without overlapping. Cook in batches if needed.
- Shake the basket every few minutes to ensure even cooking.
- Cooking time will vary slightly depending on the size of your florets, so check in regularly to be sure they don't burn.
- If you're spice adverse feel free to add less chilli flakes or even omit altogether.
- Want to make this in the oven? Simply cook on 180C / 350F for 15-20 minutes.
